A crown is not of jewels alone,
nor forged from silver, steel, or stone.
It rests where quiet virtues reign,
through gentle strength and earned domain.
He came not shackled, bent by fear,
but chose to draw his spirit near.
With willing heart and steady gaze,
he offered trust in countless ways.
I am his queen, and in that name
I feel no hunger born of fame.
No throne of gold could be above
the weight of such unwavering love.
He finds his purpose at my side,
with quiet honor as his guide.
Not less because he kneels below,
but stronger than the world may know.
He reads the silence in my eyes,
before a single word can rise.
A whispered wish, a fleeting thought,
becomes the treasure that he sought.
He wears devotion like a flame
that neither boasts nor seeks acclaim.
Its light is patient, warm, and true,
illuminating all we do.
And I, in turn, must wear the crown
with careful hands that never drown
the precious gift he’s placed in me,
his trust, his strength, his loyalty.
For queens are measured not by might,
nor by the power they ignite,
but by the hearts they faithfully keep,
the promises they choose to reap.
So let the kingdoms fade from view,
their banners torn, their empires through.
One quiet realm is all I need.
A loyal heart.
A chosen creed.
A king who kneels, not from command,
but placing heart within my hand.
